Sessions can take place over video call, in my coaching room in central Guildford or we can take our session outdoors, into nature and Walk and Talk together in the beautiful Hampshire countryside.
Chemistry Session
(30 minutes on zoom)
This session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and help frame what our coaching sessions would look like.
This session is complimentary.
One Off Zoom/ Face to Face Session
(60 minutes)
An opportunity to connect over Zoom and unpack whats most important to you in that moment.

Six Zoom or Face to Face Sessions
(6 hours of coaching split into a maximum of 90 minute sessions)
Block Booking of Six Sessions. This includes email and telephone support between sessions. Face to Face sessions to take place in central Guildford.

Walk and Talk
(up to 90 minutes)
An opportunity to move through nature together and work towards your goals.
Locations in Surrey and Hampshire.
